On tap at the Maumee location. Not a very impressive brew, but fairly typical of the Hops chain. This amber bodied brew was without much of a head covering, but still managed some feeble lace effort.
The nose gave off both malt and some herbal hop sense. The flavor was OK, but just. Really nothing here to make you go out of your way to get. The finish was mostly what I would describe as a clean bitterness. This seemed to build near the end of the glass, so perhaps the hop dominate the finish. This actually made gain some respect for the overall balance.

Had this at the Hops location in Manchester, CT.
Pale amber color, slightly golden, with a dense white head. Lots of carbonation bubbles floating rapidly to the top. The head lasts well through the beer, leaving at least 1/4 inch at the bottom of the glass.
Aroma is hoppy, almost exactly like the smell of some Magic Hat beers. Very grassy and slightly herbal. Malts are present, with a very mild fruitiness and a little bready aroma.
Flavor is mostly hoppy, with the same hop flavor all the way through the sip. Very mild in the finish, though. I thought that was a little unusual. Grassy flavor, with decent malt balance. Hops are slightly tangy towards the end. Kind of wierd tasting. Body is lighter than i expected, and the beer is very well carbonated. Too much for my taste. Finish is sweet, with no aftertaste. I'd like this better with different hopping. It's a decent beer, but the hop flavor is sort of unpleasant. I don't know if it changes, but the hop used on the batch I tried was santiam.
