So this is the second 'sea-water' beer that I've had from Mor Braz. It has such a strange and unique characteristic saltiness that it's very difficult to compare to a normal witbier. The look is cloudy yellow (with no transparency at all...milky white). The head is decent. The aroma is a bit citric, with a wheat smell. The salt really comes into play in the taste...combined with the citrus, it's reminiscent of the rim of a margarita glass. Like the other Mor Braz beer that I had, the combination of the malt and salt give a pizza dough or pretzel character to the beer. Medium full in mouthfeel (may actually be lighter, but the salt adds something). It's just okay...I don't really crave another.
