standard average cerveza. Similar to Corona recommend extremely cold with a lime.

Poured from a clear 12 oz. bottle. Has a pale yellow color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of corn, little else. Taste is corn, malts, grains, a light sweetness at the finish. Feels medium/light bodied in the mouth and overall is a refreshing beer, but nothing special. I would probably gone with adjunct lager for the style, it's more flavorful than most light beers.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass.
Aroma- smells like a skunk
Appearance- Pours a pale straw yellow color with a very small white head.
Taste- Has a grass and corn flavor mixed in with the skunkiness.
Palate- A light bodied beer with moderate carbonation
Overall- Not good at all, if it wasn't skunky I am sure I could give it a much better rating. I wonder how it rates in El Salvador when it is fresh?

Format: a clear 355mL bottle with a pretty average macro label.
Appearance: pours a very light golden colour with a fizzing white head that drops to a thin ring.
Aroma: not much aroma at all, but what there is is faintly metalic from the carbonation with a touch of lemon citrus.
Taste: a very light taste of sweet grain but with that awkward metallic fug tagging along.
Aftertaste: fades away pretty quickly, not much to this beer.
Mouth feel: quite light in feel with a chunky carbonation that still brings that awkward metallic flavour through. It could use a bit more flavour to mask it.
Overall: whilst this isn't nearly as bad as their earlier disaster CabaƱa Cerveza, this is still a pretty ordinary and awkward lager. I understand that this is a beer made to be refreshing in hot climates, but it's still not a brilliant beer, and funnily enough not that refreshing as it is too thin (and it is 34-degrees at the moment - I live in Queensland). There are better cheap lagers for the AU$40 a case mark.

Pours out to a creamy white head and straw color. The head leaves a decent amount of lace and persists. Aroma is sweet, skunky, grainy and slightly honey-like. Flavor starts out similar to other beers of this region, dry and crisp, with weak malt, grassy hops and a sick cooked vegetable aftertaste. I could taste the alcohol in this one more than you would expect. Mouthfeel is thin and watery. Overall, a disappointment.

Appearance: Clear pale golden color with a small, coarse and lingering snow-white head and light carbonation.
Aroma: Begins with a moderate skunk aroma, no doubt due to the clear glass bottle, grassy hops, and cooked corn aromas.
Taste: Opens with cooked vegetable flavors, grassy hops, and a mineral water flavor. Later in the taste, the hop notes intensify a bit. Finishes with a lingering, understated herbal hop note.
Mouth feel: Thin, with somewhat zesty, sharp carbonation.
Drinkability/notes: A very average, Corona-like adjunct light lager.
Presentation: Packaged in a twelve-ounce clear glass longneck bottle with enameled labeling, served in a New Belgium Brewing chalice.

Picked it up from my local HEB Plus in a single 12 oz. From their website and after doing research, this is apparently a beer label that has been manufactured by a large beverage company. HEB paid them to make a beer sold only there that had a cool-sounding name and claimed to "win" awards. So, right off the bat, I'm frowning before opening the bottle.
Ap- Clear yellow/straw. Like Corona or Bud. Not off-putting. Head could have been monstrous because of the excess carbonation but it was carefully poured. Stark white, rocky head that fizzed quickly. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Sm- This was a clear bottle and skunked to all hell. Besides the skunk, I got straw, water and adjuncts. There is little-to-no information on what's actually in this beer, so which ingredients are giving off which smell is anyone's guess.
Ta- Skunk on the front. Corn in the mouth, and a backwash of malt with the slightest whisper of whatever hops were used.
Mf- Watery. Super thin.
Overall- I get it, this is meant to be drunk from the bottle on a hot day ice cold. I got the ice cold part but I refuse not to use a glass. And I was disappointed in what this beer gave me. What I don't understand, is that if you're that hot, there's tea. There's lemonade. There's freaking water. Why make a beer that models itself after water? This is my first full review on this site and I can tell from my honest opinion, that light beer and I are not going to have a good relationship.
Fellow Texans, don't buy this. Buy the real Corona. At least it's a real beer company.

A: pours a pale straw color with a fizzy head that fades to no real lacing.
S: Mild fruity aroma with malt sweetness.
T: Taste of malt sweetness and fruit. Mild bitterness and a sticky finish.
F: Light body, smooth and bland.
O: Just a cheaper Corona, with or without a pice of fruit added.

Appearance - Pours a clear golden color with an inch thick, creamy white head that dissipates after 2 minutes. Has a nice, creamy lacing as well.
Smell - Has a strong skunky aroma. When I opened the bottle it filled the room for a moment. Strong scents of corn as well.
Taste - Up front, there's a light cream flavor. Followed by corn, grains, and bread.
Mouthfeel - Light body with mild carbonation.
Overall - This is a very crisp and delicious beer.
