One of the more popular Euro-style lager beers in Spain.

A= light golden, with modest white head, mild rimming.

S= nice light nose, rather sweet, maybe honey-esque, with some nice hops floral notes.

T= slightly grassy in contrast to a sweeter than average malts contribution; hops are more bitter-tart than floral-bitter.

M= light bitterness that is slightly off-putting; grassy sweet malts.

O= overall a very decent dinner beer or for standard fare.

I am not sure we are talking about the same beer, because the San Miguel I have had is stronger in alcohol percentage, and the one with the correct drawing was marked as being from the Phillipines, but anyway. It is just another lager, not bad, not exemptional, but descent. You can have it with your friends. It is more hoppy than the Mahou, which is pronounced in spanish Mau, as the MAdrid people told me.

A lager from Cerveceria San Miguel, a Mahou subsidiary; this beer made from organic ingredients; choicest hops, malts and yeast; a different beer, my palate is not prepared for this; An organic beer with average of ABV content; smell herbal like grass; green leaves too; taste bitter, yeast and very soft. try in a pilsner glass, 51% recommended.
