The Rheinland-Pfalz (hence a "Paelzer") light (in color) beer! Gosh, where is the Elwetritsch??? Moderate head with a light bite from the carbonation. Decent beer from Bischoff - quaffable

Pale yellow. Smallish head which fades but with lacing in the glass.
Tastes clean - but too thin, and a little sweet at the end which leaves me not wanting more than the 33cl bottle. Still quite drinkable (I wouldnt chuck it if there was more of it in the cellar).

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
