The Privatbrauerei Bischoff has it's own line of German Craft Beer. This is one: From the bottle, it pours a hazy amber with a very nice white head - as expected from a German Wheat Beer. It is less bready in scent than an normal Wheat Beer, with hops coming thorough. In the mouth, it is more hoppy than other wheats, a little astringent on the tongue, but very nice overall.
