Clear, bright gold color. Moderate head that settles to film. Random spots left on the glass.
Light earthy nose with a peppery hop nose.
Spicy black pepper bitterness flavor. This dominates the mild pale malt base. Full bodied with a higher carbonation. Long bitter aftertaste. A superior APA for Japan.
