500ml bottle from Morrisons, Carlisle (£2.05):
Clear, light amber to golden with a half cm, bubbly white head settling as a thin lacing. Light citrus with pale malts & a subtle earthy bitterness to the nose, some grassy notes. The taste is more earthy with biscuit malts & citrus with a tangy finish in top a light-medium body.

Paid 25% over the minimum alcohol price so clearly anticipating something decent. Good white head on top of slightly cloudy golden ale which looks well carbonated. Smells like passion fruit and maybe peach. Less sweet than the nose led me to imagine and certainly well carbonated. My tongue is tingling. Passion fruit backed with a slight earthiness is how it tastes. Full flavour giving way to an anticlimactically thin finish.

Canned in a little 330ml subbie crafty craft can and purchased as part of a 4can box set in Tesco supermarket
Pours a slightly hazy golden body with big thick white head that dissipates to splatterings
Aroma is pineapple cubes
Flavour is pineapple juice with a bitter finish
