One of three beers now available at this microbrewery. And in my opinion the best. To be honest, I wouldnt call it a pilsener, as it has not got the classic clean sharpness you would normally expect, and is much more sweet than dry, with unmistakable fruity content. A good head that lasted to the bottom too. We had several. Well worth seeking out in a city of beer blandness.

Pretty dense head on a glittering golden color body. The smell is of very refreshing citrus, with lemons and maybe hints of herbs. It's a tasty pilsener. The grain's not overwhelming; very nice fruity flavors: peaches, melon, maybe bananas and passion fruits. The mouthfeeel is very round, not as dry as other pilseners. Subtle herbal hops add some thickness, but in a moderate way. Very drinkable. I liked the marzen better at the brewpub, but this beer is more outstanding if compared to its style.

This beer arrived at my table a pale yellow with a porous rock head, seemingly unmoving. Scant lacing, however.
The smell is the highlight, no doubt, with ample fruits and cream bouncing off the head. Some smelly hops as well in there.
The taste was pilsener, but nothing too special. I had hoped for more of a hop presence, but just got a minimum towards the end. A roasted barley/grain taste was the dominate feature of the body of the taste, but even so pretty light.
Mouthfeel was impressive, with light bubbles even and soft in the mouth. It was not a challenge to drink three of these.
