poured into a ceramic cup. not that much head.
carbonation? okay. not too bitter. the taste was more on the fruitier side IMO. maybe i'm biased because it's my home prefecture, but i like it. certainly worth a try if you're in kagawa. certainly beats the typical asahi/kirin offerings for me.

Opaque brown body with a thin head.
Malty aroma with a lively spicy aroma.
Slightly sweet malty with short bitter flavor. There is a bit of apricot, but not enough to make it exciting. Slightly sour.
The acidity lends to an unpleasing mouth fee.
I can only imagine that this is one of the many many breweries that started up their micro breweries when it became legal back in 1994 (?) when they all started with the same boring line up of alt and kolsh.
This is a beer to be missed.
