Poured into a tulip a clean/clear dark golden amber color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/foamy three-finger off-white head, which leaves some nice creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, kinda malty, with some slight citrus, bourbon/oak. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, citrusy, with some nice bourbon/oak note. Medium body, ABV hidden pretty well, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty nice brew, has a nice Belgian feel to it.

don't know if I aged this one to long, but it was double wax sealed , and when I popped the cap it took off spraying - poured with big head had to let it set awhile - beer was still great strong hoppy taste with bourbon aftertaste

Pours an orange tinted amber with a thick head. The bourbon taste is pretty prevalent. Great balance in terms of how bitter and how sweeter it is. Overall wonderful brew.
