Here's to the 100th!
A - Awesome pourability! Pours very nice foamy head. Head color is caramel color with nice tint of straw. Head reduces with optimal lacing being left behind, just awesome. Awesome tiers too. Brew is very deep purple with browns and lots of black.
S - One of the best scents I've smelt from a brew of this style. Nice chocolate tones. Lots of caramel. Very earthy and resinous Pine. Quite smokey for a Black IPA... Maybe just a little bit of barn funk going...
T - Holy Brew-tacular! If all Black IPAs tasted like this, it would be my favorite style, not one of my least favorite. There's lots of lactose and chocolate going on in this guy. Killer Brew, a great one to make my 100th review.
M - WOW. Silky SMOO-th. Drinks a lot like a RIS... There's very little bitterness. Nice and full bodied with great carbonation.
O - Goes down amazingly fast. It's very easy to put this one down... Thank goodness One Eyed Monster came in a bomber! If you have this brew, DRINK-IT!!!! If you're able to find this brew....Good luck. Fantastic brew.
