Draft at the pub
Rich creamy 1 finger head with great retention and lacing, mostly clear copper to brownish color
Nose biscuity brown malts, toasted cereal, fruity esters, dried leather and fruit skin, herbal spicy hop
Taste brings more fruit notes up front, cherry and bright red fruit bordering an over fermentation like character, sweet malt a bit biscuity, sweet bread crust, little caramel, lots of fruity esters almost like fruit cake, light bitterness, lingering light hop bitterness
Mouth is med to lighter bod, lighter carb
Overall mixed in this one, I want to like it but the huge fruity ester character gives me infection or under attenuated and re fermented in the bottle like vibes even though this is draft, but it feels like that's what they were going for
