Full golden colour, clear, with copper reflexes. Good foam, white and creamy.
At the nose: yeast, bread, surely. Then honey, flowers (white and yellow). Smell fresh and "wide", that broadens the nose (and the mind). Points of peach and citrus fruit. And perhaps even some pepper and others spices.
The taste is malty, with honey, and peach and citrus fruits again. Background of pleasant bitter.
Medium body, with an aftertaste where the bitter (liquorice) and the herbal are more sharp.
