Copenhagen 22/2 2019. 33 cl can brought home from Alicante by my brother and sister in law. Very golden can
Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam managing to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate Lacing.
Aroma is malty and sweet. Pale malts, grains and straws. Some chemical odor of glue rummaging in the background.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery and very prickly texture.
Flavor is quite sweet followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and lingers shortly.
Typical, generic, forgettable, South European pale lager.

33 cl can coded “24/11/24 L6831471001” and sampled on 24/11/2023
Notes via stream of consciousness: A clear golden body rests gently beneath a finger’s width of white foam. The head retention is OK but it could certainly be better although the lacing is pretty good. In the nose it’s grainy and sweetish with a hint of softly herbal and grassy hops in the background. The taste follows with a fuller maltiness and yet it seems to be an adjunct lager ~ yes, it’s brewed with corn as an adjunct. The hops are all real though! A little bit of apple-like fruitiness rounds it out, and a moderate to medium bitterness balances it and it finishes mainly dry with some sweetish malt fading to leaves some herbal hops lingering. In the mouth it’s medium bodied and gently crisp. All in all I’m not impressed by this beer but it is better than many.

I am trying a bottle of this beer El Aguador restaurant near the Cathedral in Granada, Spain. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had subtle grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. Crisp malt with grain and hints of corn are present. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

De Maxi Día. En copa shaker. En almuerzo, con pasta de colores con atún, chocos fritos y mulata frita. Muy singular no es la verdad. Es una lager industrial estándares, sin pretensiones, más amable que una Cruzcampo pero menos refrescante
