This original unfiltered lager is characterized by a medium body and a deep golden color. The sweet maltiness is mild with an equalizing balance of clean hop bitterness.

Tall draft at the brewpub on 11/14/06: Amber-orange color with an extremely active appeal. Very smooth on the palate and easily quaffable. It went down biscuity at first, but mellowed as you get into a more evenly keeled malty brew. Quite good festbier!
