Our unfiltered, natural highly carbonated wheat beer is mashed with 66% wheat malt Hop character is light in bitterness, flavor and aroma. Slight yeast flavor is present, but does not overpower the balance of malt and hops.

Hands down the best Hefeweizen I've had. Taste and scent that lingered for an hour or more. I dream about taking a trip back to Oklahoma just to have this beer again.
