A- Dark dark brown, with garnet highlights. Head is somewhat tanned, very thin, poor retention and lacing.
S- Dark malt, some slight roastyness, a touch of caramelly sweetness.
T- Initially pretty sweet with some caramel and chocolate, finishes with a slightly smoky coffee flavor.
M- Relatively low carbonation which is decent, but the body is a bit too thin to have low carbonation which makes it seem a bit watery.
O- A decent porter, but not particularly great. It does make it interesting with the smoke character though.

Pours a clear, dark brown color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of sweet malt, slight hop, and a hint of citrus. Fits the style of an English Porter. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, slight roasted malt, smoke, pale hops, and a hint of grain. Overall, a very refreshing beer. Good appearance, body, blend, and mouth feel.

Can't believe I'm the first to review this one...
Very dark brown/ruby appearance with a persistent fluffy head and some of the best lacing that I've ever seen..
Aroma of dark roasted caramel malts and subtle smokiness...interesting...
Very smoky meaty taste to this one...its faintly chocolatey but mostly smoky and meaty... Its quite good but I would like it to be a bit more complex than it is..
This is a decent brew but not their best...
