A- Pours a deep red, almost copper. Thin cream colored head. Splendid lacing on this one. Rings and rings of it.
S- Caramel, a touch of butterscotch, and just a hint of smoke.
T- Starts with caramel, then a butterscotch, vanilla, toffee. There is a bit of smoke to it as well.
M- A bit lighter than would be adequate, carbonation is adequate.
D- A good Irish Red Ale, but not anything memorable. I thought throughout drinking the beer that it was just a lighter version of their Isle of Skye. Pretty similar profiles to it.
