A- Light golden in color. Less hazy than many in style but still somewhat hazed. Head is thin and frothy but stays around to some degree. Some lacing.
S- Definite wheat presence, there is a certain tangyness that comes through along with some noticable lemon zest.
T- Up front there is a pretty bright lemon zest flavor and it slowly mellows into a grainy wheat presence. There is a bit of a peppery flavor in there as well.
M- Moderate body, carbonation is light, yet very smooth. Somewhat light I suppose but not excessively or watery.
O- A solid summer time beer. Very refreshing. Simple and easy drinking.
