Pours a slightly hazy dark straw color with very little head poured and no tracing. Aromas are very typical of the BdG with lots of musky horsehair, barnyard, tart citrus, grassiness. On the palate, a very subdued and creamy carbonation deliver and extremely dry brew. The aromas translate well to the flavor with the tart, Pils malt dominated, slightly sour aura dominating. This is a very refreshing start to the night or any meal as it isn't overly effervescent nor strong. Very much recommended.
