Had on tap. Murky yellow body with a fat finger of tight white foam. Getting mild grassy hops with belgian spices, again very lightly handed, before wheat and lemon emerge. Gentle. Taste is too, cheap euro malts underneath make a wispy backbone. Beer breaks down mid sip, super fizzy and watery, wheat is an ornament instead of an anchor. Meh

750ml bottle bought from The House of 100 Breton Beers, Locranon, France..
Poured a hazy orange yellow colour... White head poured quite foamy then faded quickly to very thin layer....quite a lot of big carbonation bubbles... some light patchy lacing...
Aroma - Nice spicy fruitiness (apples, pears, light orange), salty notes, some yeastiness, light coriander just coming through, grassy, hay, light vanilla notes, some soapiness...
Taste is a little watery...Some light lemon and spicy apple fruitiness, decent wheatiness, floral, barely any malts, light creamy vanilla sweetness, faint coriander...
Feel - Sharp and dry... Light / medium body. Fairly drinkable and refreshing - would be good on a hot summer day...
Overall - A decent enough witbier... Nothing groundbreaking but worth a try...

Beer bottle (33cl.), tasted in 2011.
Appearance : yellow color, with white foamy head (some lacing).
Smell : delicate blend of hops and aromatic spices (coriander).
Taste and mouthfeel : fruity notes balanced with a touch of wheat.
Drinkability : an average beer in the style Belgian Witbier.
