Appearance This one poured a brilliant light yellow in color with a beautiful white head.
Smell The light grain was very pleasing to the nose. Surprisingly, the refined sweetness wasnt offensive like it is in most American lagers. It was nice, easy, and grain-like. Id say the grain and sweets were about even.
Taste The grain here is terrific. It is evenly balanced with the grainy sweetness and the raw grain.
Mouthfeel This light-bodied ale had some good carbonation and was very refreshing.
Drinkability This is an excellent example of the style and went well with my burger and Jo Jo Potatoes.
