A: Poured a clear starw yellowish color with good carbonation leaving a moderate white head which quickly fades leaving mere bubbles
S: Merlot. Wheat. Thats all.
T: What happened to the wit base of the beer? This beer is way to buried beneath the wine tannins of this beer. This tastes like a merlot plain and simple.
M: Highly carbonated, sour and light bodied
O: Who puts a 5% witbier in damn merlot barrels? Some thing are better left alone. Hale's please re-examin your barrel program immediately unless you plan on throwing something worthwhile ito those barrels..like Rudyards Rare.
