Bottle from Winco. Better than average APA, pleasant hoppy aroma. Taste brings just enough bitterness to the game, supported by a good grain bill.edium golden pour with some mild haze, small but lasting head . Classic pale ale.

22oz bottle served in can glass. Beer pours gold brass in color, bubbly, but with good clarity, and forms a very nice ample white head. There's definitely some citra going on in the dry hopping department because this beer has that great tropical / pineapple aroma. Flavor has that same pineapple sage & pine flavor straight down the middle of the palate. Malt is very neutral / subdued. There's not much to balance it out, but the hops are more flavorful than bitter, fortunately. By West-coast American IPA standards, anyway. I wonder if the "white" in the name implies wheat? This is clearly a filtered beer, but the neutral mouthfeel could be from wheat.
Anyway, this beer takes good ingredients and presents them well, making for a solidly drinkable IPA. This is my first experience reviewing a beer from the Spokane Brewery. I will have to try more.

Poured into Pint glass.
Look: Nice copper color with moderate head and lacing.
Smell: Subtle malt with citrus undertones. Nothing too distinctive.
Taste: Yummy. Nice balance between of citrus and bitter hops. No malt presence, though. Still very tasty.
Feel: Sharp, almost lagerlike mouthfeel. Very smooth finish which belies the alcohol content.
Overall: Tasty and unique. Highly recommended if you can find it.
