A- A nice dark brown with a great head and good retention, definitely looked like a nice dark dunkel.
S- Smelled great, sweet malt, acidic, sour, with a bit of wildness that made me think of a wheat field for some reason.
T- was really good, not over powering but just sour enough to let you know that a wild yeast strain was definitely there, also a hint of warming alcohol that let you know that this was barrel aged in whiskey barrels.
M- A great Mouthfeel with a medium carbonation and a heavy body.
D- a highly drinkable sour beer, if that exists. Would highly recommend this as it is quite a unique brew. Enjoyed it at Brauer's Cafe in Seattle during their Sour Beer Festival, I would highly recommend going and seeing if it is still available to try.
