My server suggested that Bulldog was "kinda like Budweiser." I've heard that one before. But this time they weren't kidding. Bulldog is an ale, but is brewed for Gonzaga fans accustomed to thin, fizzy lagers. The beer is exceptionally pale yellow with yeasted tang and firm bittering. Its lack of carbonation is a notable detraction.
Bulldog is otherwise crisp, light, citric, and functional though dull. Given the limitations of its design, it's nearly admirable and might serve well enough as an unobtrusive table beer over lunch.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
