On tap at flying goat. This beer was developed and is brewed exclusively for the pizzeria. It is dry hopped.
A: amber with excellent clarity and rings of lace.
S: nice centennial and amarillo nose it seems. A little sweet.
T: sweet crystal malts with bitterness and nice hop flavors. Very northwest.
M: medium bodied with low carb. Would like a bit more carb here.
O: good ipa that toes the line between ipa and pale. Very sessionable.
