The Mosaic Single Hop was the Spring seasonal. It was served in a 14 oz glass that looks like an imperial pint style.
It is a hazy gold bordering on Orange. Sticky off-white head leaves nice lacing.
Nice aroma. I'm not that familiar with Mosaic hops, but I'm impressed with grapefruit-pine hybrid smell.
Taste tracks the smell. Nicely bitter with citrus, pine and a bit of caramel malt. There is a bit of ripe pear and a hint of biscuit.
The mouth is medium with some slightly amped up carbonation.
I really liked this one, perfect way to start the night.
