The colour is pale gold (6 EBC), the liquid is clear. The four-finger head is beige and airy. It sinks slowly leaving lots of lacing.
The smell is malty and sweet. Hints of münchener malt/caramel and some bitterness. Some flowers and a frowsy touch of yeast.
The taste is sweet and malty. Clean. Some anonymous bitter flavours and caramel. Medium body. The aftertaste is a bit salty. Growing flowery bitter hops. Quite a lot of beef stock. The finish is smooth and malty with more caramel and some alcohol.
The carbonation is strong, the mid-sized bubbles are short-lived. The liquid is a bit dry.
An OK Export.
