Food is typically Czech (Pork, Goulash, Dumplings) with other East European and German speciallties added. The real treat is the wonderful beer which is brewed and aged on the premisis.
Petr Zizlavsky founded the brewery in 1994 and the restaurant has become the place in Hodonin to hang out and enjoy a brew. Svihak (12 Degree) is the house beer with a much stronger (18 Degree)brew called Blazen which is made during Christmas. Svihak 12 is made unfiltered and it is possible to purchase bottles to go (much like U Fleko). The Brewerly is located in Hodonin on the Main Street near the Town Hall and Church. The beer here is worth a stop if you're in the South Morava area.
