A friend kindly brought me a bottle home from Chile.
Upon pouring, the brew is a really nice golden colour, with a slight haze. A nice compact white head appeared, but quickly receded into a thin raft of bubbles. Very slight lacing on edge of glass. Carbonation is moderate; a distinct, sweet aroma of fresh bread.
First sip: a crisp, floral zing of hops upfront, immediately followed by an intense maltiness. I perceive a slight honey taste as well. Plenty of grainy flavour in the finish. Excellent mouthfeel.
I'm not a huge fan of lagers on the sweeter side, but this one surprised me. The quick burst of soft floral hops punctuated with an abrupt maltiness works well, I think. It's definitely worth trying if you have a chance, a bit of a different beer from way down south.

Golden amber color with a thin head with short retention.
Surprising bold sweet malty aroma with lots of nut-caramels and red fruits.
Flavor with notes of grainy malts, honey, red fruits, nuts, herbal hops, mild dry hay and caramels. Medium dry aftertaste with mild to medium bitterness.
Light towards medium body with proper carbonation.
Original and complex beer from Kunstmann. It tastes very fruity and nutty for a Lager. This was fun and very pleasant to drink. This one and the Grand Torobayo are sure their best offerings.
