Brewed to celebrate 1000 years of the Lithuanian State (1009 - 2009). It says on the can that the beer is limited edition, but I have a slight suspicion that as it comes from a large brewery, it will be available for very long time, maybe they will feel is worth celebrating for longer.
Pours clear dark golden/light amber with large slightly tan head and very small carbonation bubbles rising, good looking patchy lacing, it sure looks good. Aroma is pleasant malt, faint herbal hops in the background.
Taste is not that ok, caramel with bittery herbal hops, medium-dry finish and slight citrus in the very short aftertaste. Mouthfeel is medium, moderate carbonation with slight alcohol warming sensation.
It is not very good, but at least different from other beers vyturys produces.
