Jan. 2018: 330 ml bottle, as Caraperro Yakima Red Ale, from El Corte Ingles, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. ABV is 5.7%. Hops are Amarillo, Cascade and Chinook from Yakima Valley. Deep golden to amber colour, moderate white head. Malty aroma, not much hops. Malty flavour too, hints of caramel but not really sweet, some bittering hops, but surprisingly little fruitiness / aromatic hops. Hardly a beer I'd buy again.

Served in a tumbler glass. Pours a copper colour, big head with long retention, normal lacein.
Aroma is earthy, malts, citrics artificial esters.
Medium body, creamy texture, good carbonation. Dry finish.
Taste of citrics, malts, fruits A bit metalic in the end.
first time I tried this one was in a blind taste and all of us, about seven or eight people. thought it was a commercial lager. It was no red and when we saw it, we doubted it was an ale. It has improve since then, though is no something that I'm going to drink frequently.
