This is an organic beer brewed in Switzerland. It reminded me of a lighter version of a Flanders sour brown ale (doesn't fit well into any beer style). It is a tannish golden color with no head, like a cider. The aroma is acetic sour with some sweet malt and spicy yeast. Initially sour with some bready yeast flavors and caramel malt that finishes dry. It is medium bodied and enjoyable to me, worth checking out if you like the sour ales of Belgium. I don't really know how this beer is made so the style may need to be changed at some point.
