Poured from 330mL can into a wine glass. Best by 8/8/26.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a light haze and a finger of frothy white foam atop.
Smell: crackery malt aroma with quite a bit of yeastiness. Pretty much what you want in a kellerbier!
Taste: quite a lot like the aroma, with crackery malt and a fair dose of yeast. There’s also a light, grassy, noble hop character here that I dig.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a big carbonation and really a very good creaminess indeed.
Overall: a really solid zwicklbier! I will keep an eye out for this if I ever come back to Switzerland.

Had on tap. The clouds betray the age of this recipe, like a keller helles honstly, but well done. The grass and mild floral tones blend with the underlying cracker malt and bready yeast in both smell and taste. Crisp and clean, drier for style. Simpler but well balanced
