This beer pours a deep brown with an average head. The aroma is mild with brown bread, milk chocolate, and brown sugar. The flavor features roast nuts, mild chocolate, honey bread, some caramel, with an earthy, slightly metallic hop bite. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with plenty of gentle carbonation. Overall a well done beer in an underrepresented style - pleasant, tasty, and well executed.
