Brewed with the interesting Sabro hop variety.
Pours cloudy straw with a pillowy head that musters up lots of lace on the glass. Tropical, citrusy, spicy hops burst when I open the can. Light doughy maltiness in the nose too. Melon, coconut, mango, pineapple, grapefruit hop notes in the first sip. A faint semblance of balance provided by the clean malt ballast. Light bodied with medium to high carbonation. High bittnerness and lots of juicy hops in the everlasting finish.
A fantastic New England Pale Ale from one of the best producers in the GTA. Another must try from this awesome brewery.
