25oz undated bottle oozed into a pint glass shows a cola, almost purple, black body and holds a 1" head of mixed bubbles for a couple of minutes before disipating to the edge and leaving random spots of lacing.
Cocoa and sea water aroma first invades the nose joined by stone fruit and malt.
Flavor is malt forward: caramel and chocolate, with salt. The oyster, to me, is more for feel, but there is clearly a salty taste as well, both in front and at the back of the palate.
Smooth, creamy, yet chewy, full mouthfeel with a clean finish.
Overall a nice way to spend an hour or two.
