Another gem from my sister-in-law.
Appearance - Pours a hazy apricot with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - spicy earthy and floral hops, spicy brett yeast, apricot, and bready malts.
Taste - spicy earthy and floral hops upfront then quickly goes into the spicy brett yeast, and tart apricot followed by a pleasant sourness, The bready malts round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes tart and mild sour with the apricot lingering.
Overall - A well rendered dry-hopped sour from Great Lakes. I like how the apricot tastes like freshly picked ripe apricots.
A nice easy drinker.
