Pixie Tonic dry-hopped with passion fruit, orange, and guava. The relative to the other Pixie Tonic that was brewed with apricot.
Appearance - Pours a hazy orange with four fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - spicy earthy, and floral hops, fresh orange peel, passion fruit, guava, spicy earthy brett yeast, and bready malts.
Taste - spicy earthy and floral hops upfront. Then quickly goes into the fresh orange peel, passion fruit. and guava. The spicy earthy brett yeast and bready malts round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes tart and slightly sour with the hops and fruits lingering.
Overall - A quaffable relative to the apricot version. However, for me, I prefer the apricot one but this one is still sessionable and flavourful!
