On draught at Bryden's, into a pint glass.

Poured a pale golden yellow, with a couple fingers of white head. Light lace, moderate retention. Nose of wheat, hints of spice and a little whiff of citrus, in a lemony and orange sense. Taste has some lightly grainy wheat, with some banana and typical hefeweizen spicing. Some cloves. Slightly chewy and smooth feel. A nice wheaty hefeweizen, with good flavour and drinkability - I'd easily revisit this.

Enjoyed on cask at C'est What Spring Festival. Grapefruit aromas. Unfiltered, good mouthfeel. Georgous peach colour with creamy had. 50 IBU, and a sipper. Rather unique and a good cask beer. More than a wheat beer, nearing an American strong ale, one of their best yet.
