A nice golden German Pilsner that pours with brilliant clarity and features some malt sweetness up front. Aromas of grass, straw and a touch of citrus. Each sip provides some slight spicy hop characteristics, floral and citrus notes and features and a very pleasant bitterness. Früschoppen is the German tradition of meeting for brunch with friends, often on a Sunday, to share beer and food (food at Früschoppen is not required and seldom eaten). Now that's our kind of brunch.

Pours hazy gold like a Kellerbier. A crackly head recedes pretty quickly. The aroma is of herbal, leafy, woody hops and fresh baked bread. Hoppy taste with melon and lemon drops added to the herbal, leafiness. A sturdy, clean pale malt ballast provides ample balance. Full bodied with creamy, high carbonation. Moderate bitterness and loads of herbal hop flavor in the long finish.

A fantastic and traditional take on a German Pilsner. Hoppy, dank and complex.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, from Small Batch Dispatch's October 2024 curation. My seventh beer from the fine Etobicoke, Ontario brewery.

Poured into glass with 2 finger head
Hints of apple and caramel very low bitterness level
Easy drinking and enjoyable
