Pours deep gold with a compact head that dissipates quickly but musters up plenty of lace. The aroma is of orange, mango, apricot, floral hops and bready, caramel malts. Maltiness up front in the taste with citrus and perfumey hop notes balancing things out in the taste. Light body with moderate carbonation. Medium bitterness in the finish with some doughy malts in there too.
This is a great APA on the malty side. Similar hop profile to Crazy Canuck but balanced more by the strong malt showing. Worth a try, especially if you like more balance.
