Pours pristine gold with a chunky, rocky head that drapes the glass in lace. The aroma is of grassy, herbal hops and bready, fresh dough malts. Noble herbal hops dominate the taste. a solid ballast of pale malts in the back. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with sparse but prickly carbonation. Moderate bitterness and plenty of hop aroma in the long finish.
A fantastic local interpretation of this difficult to brew style. Highly recommended.
