Hazy deep peach colour, very, very pale for something that calls itself brown, soapy white head, no lace. Smell is malty with subtle spice, some yeast, a bit of overripe fruit as well, very clean. Taste is initially malty, slightly spicy following that, nice bitterness with a a long floral finish and aftertaste. Slightly thin body, medium carbonation, good feel overall. This was actually quite nice and after my confusion about why this is called "brown" when its very pale had passed I was quite pleased with what I just drank. Solid full flavoured mild.
