Beer brewed with curry for TFOB
Pale hazy blonde, light ring of bubbly white soapy head, no lacing at all. Smell is malty, spices and pepper, mild curry notes, light hops are there as well. Taste is initially malt and curry spice, curry becomes less noticeable after the first sip but shows itself more in the finish, subtle white pepper like spice, floral at times and slightly sweet. Lightish feel, fairly high carbonation for cask, good weight. Not bad for what this is but I would say this is more of a miss than a hit but it is different and quite a wild idea.
