IBU: 20 SERVING TEMP: 3-5°C
INGREDIENTS: Water, Malted Barley, Rice, Hops, Yeast
STYLE: Low-Cal IPA
GLASSWARE: GLB Crown Viking
TASTING NOTES
Pale yellow with a soft white head, this "Octo Light" has tropical notes of grapefruit and mango with a touch of lemon zest. Although the body is light, each sip packs a wallop of Pacific Northwest hops. With only 90 calories, 4g carbohydrates, and 0g fat, Fighting Weight has everything you want in a big beer without the calories.
FOOD PAIRINGS An entire box of chocolates.
ADDITIONAL As we all know, our pet Octo, the reigning Ontario Super Heavyweight champ, is a bit of a jerk. But now that he has run off all contenders in his weight class, Octo has his sights set on the Featherweight title. That’s right. Octo wants a shot at anyone willing to go tentacle-to-toe with him in all divisions! There’s just one problem; Octo is too dang jacked to qualify. So, OCTOPUS WANTS TO BE LIGHT

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From Small Batch Dispatch's March curation. Canned February 11/25. My 20th beer from the Etobicoke, Ontario brewery, and 3rd for 2026. Audaciously appreciated by Gracie the cat...

Pours pale straw with a bit of hazy and a modest but long lasting head. Light floral, herbal, tropical hop notes and bread in the nose. The taste is of lemon, woody and pineapple hops with a subtle pale malt ballast. The mouthfeel is light bodied with abundant carbonation. Medium bitterness in the shortish finish.
A nice low ABV IPA with some great hop and malt presence.
