Pours pale gold with a wispy, short lived head. The aroma is of grapefruit, stone fruit and white grapes. Peach, pineapple, mango and tea hop notes mix with cookie dough in the taste. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Medium bitterness with loads of lingering hop fruitiness in the finish.
A nice APA showcasing a unique fruity hop. Worth a try.

Really a New England Pale Ale, and understated hop delivery of HBC 586 and abv of 4.9% make this a most sessionable choice. HBC is an unintentional shoutout to the now closing but Canadian icon trading company. 355 years experience, fortunately the beer was freshly canned 19 days ago.
