aka Ginger. On tap at The Rhino. Cloudy yellow with three eighths of an inch of head. A pepper story. What would be French about it? perhaps if Chardonnay barrel aged. Hits the style, Smooth decent drinkability, getting the saion yeast. Zesty, ginger is not overpowering. Lacey.
